Local Pickup

• Customers can opt for local pickup for large furniture purchases at our studio.
• You will receive a notification via email when your order is ready for pickup, which can take quite some time for custom orders.

Local Delivery

• We offer local delivery for an additional fee for addresses within a 20-mile radius of our studio, please contact us for fee information as it is decided based on item.
• Delivery charges will apply based on the distance.
• Expect your items to be delivered within 2-5 business days from the date of order.
• Ensure to provide an accurate delivery address to avoid delays.

Large Furniture Purchases

• Due to the nature of large furniture items, delivery might take between 6-8 weeks.
• We work diligently to ensure quality and timely delivery. You will be kept informed of the delivery timeline.
• Special delivery arrangements may be necessary for large items. Our team will coordinate with you for the same.
• We use uShip for our in studio furniture and Wayfair Free White Glove Shipping.

Drop Shipping

• Certain items not stocked in our local inventory may be shipped directly from the manufacturer or our partner warehouse.
• Delivery for drop-shipped items typically takes 4 - 8 business days.
• Tracking information will be provided to you once the order has been dispatched.

Print on Demand

• Custom, print-on-demand items will start production after your order confirmation.
• Production for these items can take 1-3 business days. Shipping times will apply after production.
• Items that are customized based on print-on-demand are not eligible for return unless there's a defect in the product.
  

Local Inventory Shipping

• Items stocked in our local inventory typically dispatch within 1-2 business days.
• Delivery times may vary based on the destination but generally take 3-7 business days.
• Tracking details will be provided once the order is dispatched so you can monitor the delivery status.
